5) 16 July 2020 in relation to default in payment to HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad; and

6) 17 July 2020 in relation to default in payment to Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia;

The Board of Directors of the Company would like to announce that there is no material development on the status of default of payment as of now but there have been some recent
discoveries leading the Company to appoint BDO Advisory as announced on 25 June 2020. This report once ready will be announced and the necessary legal actions will follow thereafter (if so required) and in so doing, the Company may resolve matters in relation to these defaults. This will be disclosed accordingly as the matter matures.

The Company will make the necessary announcements to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are further developments in relation thereof.
