The Board of Directors of Ageson ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company has on 6 August 2020, received a notice in writing pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act, 2016 from Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia (AF 0737) dated 6 August 2020 on their resignation as Auditors of the Company with immediate effect. The resignation of Messrs Grant Thornton Malaysia is on voluntary basis.
Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
On 6 August 2020, Messrs Jamal, Amin & Partners (AF 1067) has been appointed as the new Auditor of the Company upon receiving their consent letter to act as Auditors of the Company.
