The Board of Directors of Ewein wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek for shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later:-
1. Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature; and 2. Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority
(collectively referred as "Proposal").
The Statement/Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
