We refer to the notice of conditional voluntary take-over offer dated 12 February 2020 (“Notice”) and the announcements dated 12 February 2020, 24 February 2020, 28 February 2020, 2 April 2020, 10 April 2020, 6 May 2020, 2 June 2020, 24 June 2020 and 20 July 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Notice and the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the SC had vide its letter dated 11 August 2020, granted an extension of time for the following:

(i)            to dispatch the Offer Document within 2 market days from:

(a)           Bursa Securities’ clearance of TAE’s circular to shareholders; or

(b)           the SC’s notification that it has no further comments on the Offer Document,

whichever is later, but in any event no later than 13 November 2020; and

(ii)           to submit the draft IAC to the SC for comment within 1 market day from:

(a)           Bursa Securities’ clearance of TAE’s circular to shareholders; or

(b)           the SC’s notification that it has no further comments on the Offer Document,

whichever is later, but in any event no later than 12 November 2020.
