SYMLIFE - Notice of Book Closure

Interim single-tier dividend in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2020 of RM0.02 per ordinary share of Symphony Life Berhad ("SymLife").
 

Kindly be advised of the following : 

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 25 Aug 2020
2)  The last date of lodgment : 26 Aug 2020
3)  Date Payable : 24 Sep 2020

Remarks : On 26 June 2020, the Board of Directors of SymLife ("Board") proposed an interim single-tier dividend of RM0.02 per ordinary share in SymLife ("SymLife Share") for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 ("Interim Dividend"). The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan will apply to the Interim Dividend ("Second DRP"), in which the entire Interim Dividend can be elected to be reinvested into new SymLife Shares.

On 24 July 2020, on behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad had announced that the issue price of the new SymLife Shares to be issued pursuant to the Second DRP had been fixed at RM0.342 per new SymLife Share.
