The Board of Directors of Muda Holdings Berhad (“Muda” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Muda has through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Federal Packages Sdn Bhd (Company No. 197301000491/14025-A) had on 12th August 2020 entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire 60% equity interest in Quantum Total Packages Sdn Bhd (Company No. 199701033848/449347-U) comprising 900,000 ordinary shares from Mr Lee Joo Keat (NRIC No. 690423-07-5161) and Madam Yu Shan Nee (NRIC No. 760929-07-5194) (“the Vendors”)  for a cash consideration of RM15,000,000.00.
