Preferential dividend of 5.93% per annum (payable semi-annually and based on the issue price of RM0.88) per Class B Islamic redeemable convertible preference shares ("RCPS-i B") for the period from 1 January 2020 up to and including 30 June 2020.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 28 Aug 2020
2)  The last date of lodgment : 1 Sep 2020
3)  Date Payable : 23 Sep 2020

Remarks: (Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the abridged prospectus dated 30 November 2017 in relation to the Rights Issue of RCPS-i B.) No preferential dividend will be payable in respect of the RCPS-i B for which conversion notices have been submitted to the Share Registrar of the Company, on or before 25 August 2020 by 5.00 p.m.. The Company declares a preferential dividend of 5.93% per annum (payable semi-annually and based on the issue price of RM0.88 per RCPS-i B) for the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2020 (both dates inclusive).
