The Board of Directors of Tasek wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has vide its letter dated 18 August 2020, informed that pursuant to Paragraph 16.07(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the entire issued share capital of Tasek will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 24 August 2020.
