Married trade done between Yeoman 3-Rights Value Asia Fund and Yeoman Client 1. Purchase of shares in the open market. These shares (indirect portion) were acquired/disposed by Yeoman Capital Management Pte Ltd (YCMPL) on behalf of YCMPL's clients (including Yeoman 3-Rights Value Asia Fund and Yeoman Client 1) in its role as investment manager. YCMPL has voting control over these listed shares except those in Mdm Lim Mee Hwa's personal dealing account. Yeo Seng Chong is deemed interested pursuant to Section 8 of Companies Act 2016 through his 50% shareholding in YCMPL and shares held by his spouse Mdm Lim Mee Hwa.
