EKSONS - Notice of Book Closure

Final Single Tier Dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 via a share dividend distribution of Treasury Shares in the ratio of 1 Treasury Share for every 100 existing Ordinary Shares held, fractions of Treasury Shares will be disregarded.
 

Further to Reference No. ILC-26082020-00007, kindly be advised of the following :

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 15 Oct 2020 (Remain Unchanged) 
2)  The last date of lodgment : 16 Oct 2020 (Remain Unchanged) 
 

Remarks (Amended) :
1. The proposed payment of the Final Single Tier Dividend is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.  

2. Subject to the approval of the Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn. Bhd. (Bursa Depository) for the transfer of treasury shares under the share buy-back via bulk transfer method of debiting and crediting, the treasury shares to be distributed under the Share Dividend will be credited into the entitled Depositor's Securities Account maintained with Bursa Depository within ten (10) market days from the entitlement date.
