Reference is made to our Announcement dated 27 August 2020 in relation to our Consortium Agreement (“the Agreement”) with MCC Overseas (M) Sdn Bhd (“MCC”) and in response to an article titled “Hubline, MCC Overseas team up for O&G jobs” which appeared in the Business News, New Straits Times on 19 August 2020 (“the Article”).

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this Announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in our announcement on 27 August 2020.

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Hubline wishes to confirm that the Article is correct and a Consortium Agreement had been entered into with MCC.  The Company wishes to confirm that to date, no contract or projects have been secured as a result of this Agreement.  Please refer to the Company’s announcement dated 27 August 2020 for full details of the Consortium Agreement.

The Board is cognisant of the need for proper dissemination of information to the public and would release announcement on Bursa on any material issue on a timely basis as required by the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa.
