Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Kawan or the Company wishes to announce that the following offer of option has been made on today, 28 August 2020, to eligible persons to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the ESOS.
