KAMDAR GROUP (M) BERHAD ("KGMB" OR "THE COMPANY") - DEVIATION OF PROFIT AFTER TAX MORE THAN 10% BETWEEN AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND UNAUDITED RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2020

Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(35) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of KGMB wishes to announce that there is deviation of 36% between the loss after tax stated in the unaudited financial statements (“4Q2020 Results”) announced on 30 June 2020 and the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 30 March 2020 (“AFS 2020”).
