Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

The Board wishes to announce that:

a         112,197,300 Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue; and

b         34,929,680 additional Warrants-A to be issued arising from the adjustments to the outstanding Warrants-A in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll,

will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 7 September 2020.

Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of MBL will be RM67,549,371.40 comprising 224,394,600 MBL Shares.
