Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

The Board wishes to announce that:

(a) 112,197,300 Bonus Shares; and

(b) 34,929,680 additional Warrants-A issued arising from the adjustments to the outstanding Warrants-A in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll,

were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 7 September 2020.

The listing and quotation of the 112,197,300 Bonus Shares and 34,929,680 additional Warrants-A on 7 September 2020 marks the completion of the Bonus Issue.
