For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the announcement dated 26 August 2019.
We refer to our announcement dated 26 August 2019, 20 September 2019 and 21 January 2020 in respect of the above Suit.
The Board wishes to update that KTS's Solicitors had informed the Company today that on the Trial Date i.e 6 September 2020, the Court had vacated the said trial.
Further, the Court also vacated the Trial dates fixed from 20 October 2020 until 21 October 2020 and that the new Trial Dates are fixed on 24 January 2021, 7 February 2021 and 21 February 2020 respectively.
The Company shall continue to make announcement on the development of the case from time to time accordingly.
