Further to our announcement dated 8 September 2020 in respect of the Termination Agreement between Mudajaya Corporation Berhad (“MCB”) and Apollo Ventures Co. Ltd (“Apollo”), we wish to announce that the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SSPA”) between MCB and Apollo was terminated due to non-fulfilment of one of the conditions precedent to the SSPA, namely to procure the consent from the financiers of R.K.M Powergen Private Limited (“RKM”) for the proposed disposal of shares in RKM by MCB.
