On behalf of the Company, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 14 September 2020 granted the Company an extension of time until 16 October 2020 for the Company to submit to Bursa Securities, the additional listing application and the draft circular to shareholders in respect of the Proposals.
