AMMB Holdings Berhad ("AMMB") wishes to announce that its indirect dormant subsidiary, MBf Trustees Berhad ("MBf Trustees") has, at its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held on 17 September 2020, resolved that it be wound up by way of a members' voluntary winding up, pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016.

Mr. Ng Eng Kiat and Mr. Ng Yong Chin of Folks Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, Suite 1102, 11th Floor, Wisma Tun Sambanthan, No. 2, Jalan Sultan Sulaiman, 50000 Kuala Lumpur, have been appointed at the EGM as the liquidators for MBf Trustees.

The winding up of MBf Trustees will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of AMMB for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.
