The Board of Directors of Paos wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Amendment to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendment”) at the forthcoming Twenty Third Annual General Meeting (“23rd AGM”) of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later.

The details of the Proposed Amendment will be set out in the Notice of 23rd AGM of the Company to be circulated to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
