We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 40,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of BAT by way of market making. The BAT-C4 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The BAT-C4 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019. The BAT-C4 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 24 October 2019, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 9 June 2020 and the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2020. The salient terms of the BAT-C4 are set out in the attachment.
