RHBIB refer to the announcement by UEMS dated 5 Oct 2020 where The Board of Directors of UEMS ("Board") has in the late evening of 2 October 2020 received a letter dated 2 October 2020 ("Proposal Letter") from UEMG proposing a merger between UEMS and ECOWLD into an enlarged group via an exchange of shares and warrants, with the subsequent delisting of ECOWLD from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Proposal").
The Board will deliberate on the Proposal and decide on the next course of action. Accordingly, a further announcement will be made in due course.
RHBIB, as the issuer of UEMS-C74, will make a further announcement should there be any updates in due course.
