The Board of Directors of Kuchai wishes to announce that the Board had on 8 October 2020 recommended the following proposed dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 52nd Annual General Meeting ("52nd AGM") of the Company. The said dividends, subject to shareholders approval at the forthcoming 52nd AGM, will be made payable on 8 January 2021 to shareholders' whose name appears on the Record of Depositors at the close of business on 23 December 2020:- (a) Proposed Single Tier First and Final Dividend of 1 sen per share This announcement is dated 8 October 2020. |
