Reference is made to the announcements of the Company made on 22 April 2020 and 24 April 2020 in relation to the disposal of 6% shareholdings in CSGT Metals Vietnam Joint Stock Company (the “Disposal”).

Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements.

The Board of Directors of CSC Steel Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the Disposal has been completed on 9 October 2020 as all the terms and conditions of the Share Transfer Agreement dated 22 April 2020 had been met and complied with.
