BHD. [Company Registration No.: 198501015010 (147465-P)] ("BC") had on 16 October 2020 entered into six (6) Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) with Padang Dinamik Sdn Bhd [Company Registration No: 199401018927(304606-P)](“PD” or “Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of 6 parcels of leasehold vacant industrial land located at Seksyen 20 Bandar Serendah, Daerah Ulu Selangor, Negeri Selangor Darul Ehsan measuring approximately 528,439.328 square meters (“the Properties”) for a total cash consideration of RM68,257,454.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) [hereinafter referred to as the “Proposed Acquisitions”.].
