We refer to the issuance of notice of additional assessment (“Notice”) dated 13 July 2020 for the year of assessment 2018 by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia and our announcements dated 14 July 2020, 21 July 2020, 10 August 2020, 21 September 2020 and 30 September 2020. Due to the on-going Conditional Movement Control Order, the High Court today rescheduled the hearing of the inter-partes stay application to 17 December 2020. In the meantime, the High Court has granted an interim stay of all further proceedings including the enforcement of the Notice until the hearing of the stay application on 17 December 2020.
