We refer to the announcements issued on 25 February 2019, 6 March 2019, 9 April 2019, 18 April 2019, 3 May 2019, 23 May 2019, 3 June 2019, 21 June 2019, 31 July 2019, 20 August 2019, 8 October 2019, 20 December 2019, 21 January 2020, 17 February 2020, 28 February 2020, 3 March 2020, 1 April 2020, 9 April 2020, 19 May 2020, 15 June 2020, 15 July 2020, 3 September 2020 and 13 October 2020 in relation to the abovesaid Construction Court Suit and Civil Court Suit (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings stated in the Announcements.
The Company wishes to announce the following updates based on the case management held on 21 October 2020 for the Civil Court Suit.
Civil Court Suit
In light of the Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) imposed by Malaysia Government on 14 October 2020, the Court has adjourned the case management to 12 November 2020.
Any further material developments to the abovementioned Construction Court Suit and the Civil Court Suit will be announced as and when these developments materialise.
