The Board of Directors of Encorp wishes to announce that the Company has today received a letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 23 October 2020, granting its approval for a further extension until 16 October 2020 for the Company to comply with the public shareholding spread requirements.

As announced by the Company on 16 October 2020 and based on the Record of Depositors as at 15 October 2020, the Company’s public shareholding spread is 25.05%, which is above the required public shareholding spread of 25%.

Accordingly, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirements pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Listing Requirements.
