We refer to the third quarter financial results for FY2020 released by Heineken N.V. on 28 October 2020 which encapsulates, among others, the following commentary:

 “In Malaysia, beer volume declined in the mid-teens, an improvement versus the previous quarter as the on-trade gradually recovered. Since mid-October the government has imposed new movement restrictions and closed part of the on-trade again.”

The Board wishes to inform that HEINEKEN Malaysia has scheduled to release its financial report for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2020 on Thursday, 26 November 2020 in accordance with Paragraph 9.22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Details on the Company’s performance for the said period will be reported thereon.

Heineken N.V. is a corporation incorporated in the Netherlands and its shares are traded on the Euronext in Amsterdam. It indirectly holds 51% equity interest in HEINEKEN Malaysia via its wholly-owned subsidiary GAPL Pte Ltd.
