Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(26) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Texchem Resources Bhd. (“TRB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Texchem Corporation Sdn Bhd (“Texcorp”), its 73.94% owned subsidiary, has on 28 October 2020 disposed of 1,541,009 ordinary shares in the Company (“Shares”), representing 1.278% of the total issued and paid-up share capital (excluding 3,528,400 treasury shares) of TRB via open market at the total cash consideration of RM1,186,984.14  (“Consideration”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Disposal”). 

Further to the Disposal, Texcorp’s shareholding in TRB reduced from 5.19% to 3.91%.
