Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 26 October 2020. The Company wishes to add that the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") shall commence from 26 October 2020 and shall remain in force for a period of twenty-four (24) months, subject to an earlier termination or upon entering into a Definitive Agreement. Before the end of term, both Parties may renew this MOU or enter into a Definitive Agreement. This MOU will expire automatically, unless renewed. Risk factors affecting the MOU include, but not limited to, execution risks such as availability and price fluctuations. Pharmaniaga Group has extensive experience and an established track record in managing and mitigating such risks. This annoucement is dated 2 November 2020. |
