We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 February 2020, 8 April 2020, 21 May 2020, 9 June 2020 and 19 June 2020 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that it had, on 4 November 2020, submitted the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad to seek its approval for an extension of time of approximately 6 months for the Company to implement the Proposals.
