The Board of Directors of Efficient ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 November 2020 received a notice in writing pursuant to Section 281 of the Companies Act 2016 from Messrs. PKF (AF 0911) (“PKF”) on their resignation as Auditors of the Company with immediate effect. The resignation of PKF is on voluntary basis.
Save for the above, the Board is not aware of any matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
On 10 November 2020, Messrs. Russell Bedford LC & Company has been appointed as the new Auditors of the Company upon receiving their letter of Consent to Act as Auditors of the Company.
