1)  Subscription Agreement between Hexachase Flexipack Sdn Bhd, Goh Nang Yoon, Hexachase Corporation Sdn Bhd and Authentic Excellence Sdn Bhd

2)  Call Option Agreement between Hexachase Flexipack Sdn Bhd and Chai Min Piau.
