Further to the announcements made on 13 November, 4 December, 24 December 2019, 20 March, 20 April, 27 May, 4 June, 16 June, 29 June, 14 July, 22 July and 28 October 2020, the Company wishes to announce the following in relation to the High Court proceedings between Teknoserv Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (“Teknoserv”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, against Nine Hundred Builders Sdn. Bhd. (“NHB”) in relation to the Adjudication Decision dated 19 March 2020 (“Adjudication Decision”).

The Court has informed that the case management of the Setting Aside/Stay Application, Enforcement Application and the Stay pending Arbitration Application which has been previously fixed on 18 November 2020, has been further rescheduled to 7 January 2021 in light of the extended Conditional Movement Control Order until 6 December 2020.

The Company will make further announcements on the outcome of the joint hearing and other material developments in this matter from time to time.
