Further to our announcement dated 3rd October 2017, 2nd January 2018, 21st February 2019, 3rd April 2019, 21st January 2020 and 19th June 2020 in respect of the above litigation, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to advise that the Applicant filed a Notice of Motion to the Federal Court, seeking for leave to appeal against the Court of Appeal's decision.
