We refer to the announcement made by GTRONIC on 2 November 2020 in relation to a single tier special dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2020 ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with Condition 2 - Adjustment of Exercise Price, Underlying Index, Exercise Level and/or Exercise Ratio of the Part 1 of the Deed Poll dated 22 October 2019, no adjustments will be made to GTRONIC-C7 pursuant to the Special Dividend as the adjustment amount is less than two per cent (2%) of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price of GTRONIC-C7.
