We refer to GTRONIC's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 2 November 2020 and 5 November 2020 respectively pursuant to the single tier special dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the year ending 31 December 2020 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-C10. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GTRONIC-C10 shall remain the same. |
