With reference to the Company’s announcement on 2 November 2020, the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of JADI wish to announce that the Company has on 18 November 2020 received the Letter of Consent to Act as Auditors of the Company dated 18 November 2020 from Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT (AF 0117) (“BTMH”) pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016.

The Proposed Appointment of BTMH as Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2021 in place of the resigning auditors Messrs PKF would be tabled for shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a date, which will be notified later.
