The Board of Directors of ACME wishes to announce that on 23 November 2020, the Company had entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA”) with Skymind Holdings Berhad and Java Multimedia Sdn Bhd to collaborate in the manufacturing of hardware devices required for Artificial Intelligence solutions through a joint venture company, namely Skymind Intelligent Systems Sdn Bhd.
