Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcements dated 26 June 2020, 30 June 2020 and 1 September 2020 (“Announcements”), shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of HWGB is pleased to announce that HWGB Biotech had on 20 November 2020, been notified by Medical Device Authority (“MDA”), which is part of Malaysia Ministry of Health body that a special access approval had been granted on the distribution of Wuhan PCR Test Kit in Malaysia and received the first purchase order from Gnosis for eDiagnosis COVID-19 Nucleic Acid Test Kit manufactured by Wuhan Easydiagnosis Biomedicine Co., Ltd (“Wuhan PCR Test Kit”).  With this special access approval HWGB Biotech can market and sell the said Wuhan PCR Test Kit to Gnosis in Malaysia.

Further, HWGB Biotech had also decided not to proceed with the distribution of SANSURE MA6000 Realtime quantitative PCR System or SLAN 96 P Real Time PCR System.
