The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 February 2020, 8 April 2020, 21 May 2020, 9 June 2020, 19 June 2020 and 4 November 2020 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, vide its letter dated 24 November 2020, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 19 May 2021 to implement the Proposals.
