Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had vide its letter dated 24 November 2020 resolved to approve the listing of and quotation for up to 41,351,299 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement subject to the following conditions:

(1) Bertam and Malacca Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(2) Bertam and Malacca Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Private Placement; and

(3) Bertam and Malacca Securities to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities' approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed.
