Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 31 October 2019, 12 December 2019, 24 January 2020, 28 February 2020, 30 March 2020, 29 April 2020, 29 May 2020, 29 June 2020, 29 July 2020, 28 August 2020, 28 September 2020 and 30 October 2020 in relation to the Default in Payment to Bank Rakyat (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
As announced previously, the status of the Bank borrowing remains the same as Bank Rakyat had revised the repayment schedule of the loan as reported on 28 August 2020.
