- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN MEDIGEN VACCINE BIOLOGICS CORPORATION AND METRONIC GLOBAL BERHAD

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 20 November 2020, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1. The relevant regulatory approvals required to be obtained before Metronic can commence  the distributorship under the Finished Product Model and Fill and Distribution Model of MVC’s COVID-19 vaccine in Malaysia and the estimated time-frame for submission of such applications.
2. The basis and assumptions in arriving at the financial forecast of RM180 million profit from Covid-19 vaccine.

Kindly note that this letter supersedes the query letter issued on 23 November 2020 on the same matter.
