The Board of Directors of Kamdar Group (M) Berhad ("KGMB" or "the Company") has approved the change in the financial year end ("FYE") of the Company from 31 March to 30 June. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2021 covering a period of 15 months. Thereafter, the FYE shall end on 30 June for each subsequent year. The rationale is to avoid the busy festive period and to allow the audit of the stock to be carried out comfortably.
