The Board of Directors of MTD ACPI wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request for suspension of trading in the securities of the Company with effect from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 7 December 2020 pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
