We refer to the Company's announcements dated 27 February 2020, 15 September 2020, 25 September 2020, 30 September 2020, 26 October 2020, 12 November 2020, 2 December 2020 and 4 December 2020 in relation to the DRP. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Kimlun, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Kimlun has allotted and issued 13,557,773 New Shares on 4 December 2020 pursuant to the DRP in respect of the single tier final dividend of RM0.033 per New Share for the financial year ended 31 December 2019. The said New Shares were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 7 December 2020, thereby marking the completion of the DRP.
With the listing of the said New Shares, the enlarged number of issued Kimlun Shares is 353,378,716 Kimlun Shares (including 20,000 treasury shares).
