Reference is made to the earlier announcement dated 12 November 2020.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 15 December 2020, approved the listing and quotation of up to 137,585,442 Rights Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue.

The approval by Bursa Securities for the above is subject to the following conditions:-

(i)          AISB and TA Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Rights Issue;

(ii)         AISB and TA Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Rights Issue;

(iii)        AISB / TA Securities to furnish Bursa Securities with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the general meeting for the Proposed Rights Issue prior to the listing and quotation of the Rights Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue; and

(iv)        AISB and TA Securities to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Rights Issue is completed.
