GUH HOLDINGS BERHAD ("GUH" OR THE "COMPANY") AWARD OF SHARES UNDER GUH'S SHARE GRANT PLAN

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce the award of shares in the Company under the Restricted Stock Units (RSU) and Performance Stock Units of the Company’s Share Grant Plan (“SGP”) (“SGP Grant(s)”).

 

A total of 13,889,464 SGP Grants were offered to the selected eligible executive directors and employees of GUH and its subsidiary companies (excluding subsidiaries which are dormant) (“Eligible Persons”), of which 2,777,892 SGP Grants were offered to the executive directors of GUH, set out as follows:-
